ABOUT REBECCA

I love stories.

I’ve been telling stories since before I could write them. One of my very first I illustrated with crayons before instructing my parents on what to write below. It was a dramatic tale titled, “Squirrel on a Swing,” in which the aforementioned squirrel fell off of the aforementioned swing. The drama! While my writing career never took off, I did become an amateur actress in high school and college. From Shakespeare to casual improv - I love to act out stories.

When I started my journey into voice-over, I was simply looking for flexible work I could do from home. But when I realized how I could use my passions, I quickly grew to love the art. In the past, I’ve used my entire body to tell stories from the stage. Now I’ve focused in on my voice; painting pictures and bringing emotions straight into listeners’ hearts with my words. I love conveying the gut-wrenching drama and heart-warming sweetness that authors have put on the page.

It would be my pleasure to help you with your storytelling project. Whether that be narration, a podcast, or other projects, reach out and let’s start planning!
